Position Overview:
As a PPC/SEO Specialist at Outsource Bridge, you will be responsible for creating and managing high-performing digital advertising campaigns that drive results for a variety of clients across industries. Your expertise in Pay-Per-Click (PPC) advertising, Search Engine Optimization (SEO), and social media platforms will be key to delivering cost-effective solutions and maximizing ROI. You will work closely with an agency team that serves diverse client pools, ensuring campaigns are tailored to meet each client’s unique goals.

Key Responsibilities:
- PPC Campaign Management: Develop, execute, and optimize - - PPC campaigns on platforms such as Google Ads, Bing Ads, and social media networks to achieve client goals while minimizing costs.
- SEO Strategies: Perform keyword research, on-page optimization, and link-building strategies to improve organic search rankings and increase website traffic.
- Social Media Advertising: Plan and execute paid campaigns across platforms like Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and TikTok, ensuring ads align with client objectives and audience targeting.
- Performance Monitoring: Analyze campaign metrics and performance data to identify trends, optimize strategies, and deliver measurable results for clients.
- Budget Optimization: Leverage deep understanding of cost-saving techniques to maximize client budgets and achieve high ROI.
- Client Collaboration: Work closely with account managers and clients to understand business needs, present campaign strategies, and provide detailed performance reports.
- Market Trend Analysis: Stay up-to-date with the latest trends in PPC, SEO, and digital marketing to keep campaigns competitive and innovative.
Requirements:
- Experience: Proven experience (4–5 years) in PPC, SEO, and social media advertising with a strong track record of successful campaigns.
- Technical Expertise: In-depth knowledge of Google Ads, Bing Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, and SEO tools such as Ahrefs, SEMrush, or Moz.
- Cost Optimization Skills: Demonstrated ability to manage budgets effectively, ensuring campaigns deliver maximum ROI while minimizing spend.
- Analytical Skills: Strong analytical abilities to interpret campaign data, identify insights, and make data-driven decisions.
- Creativity: Ability to create compelling ad copy and innovative strategies tailored to different client industries and goals.
- Collaboration: Excellent communication and teamwork skills to work effectively with clients and internal teams.
