Huge shout out, to our great community, for coming out and supporting our Blood Drive today. We collected 41 lifesaving unit of blood for the American Red Cross. Big thank you to Culvers in Chippewa Falls for donating a pint for a pint and members of my EMS crew of Josie Burich and Liam Dewitz for helping to get the donors registered and my wife Erin Pearson Dewitz and mother in law Rhonda Pearson for the homemade goodies.

Thank you, it is an honor to serve such a great community.

Sincerely,
Adam Dewitz

Jim Falls community, it's almost that time of year! Your local fire department is once again hosting a blood drive. Time to roll up your sleeves and be someone's hero! Every 2 seconds, someone needs blood. Some trauma patients can use as many as 100 units of blood. The FDA has changed many of it's guidelines for donating, what used to not let you donate, may have got changed. The number on the flyer is your number to call, ask questions and can even schedule an appointment. From start to finish is about an hour, small price to pay to help save someone's life!! Hope to see a great turnout for the drive, just like you always do!!!

Matt is more than just a great fire chief — he is a great guy, a dedicated firefighter, and someone who has always been willing to lend a hand and support those around him. The fire service is built on brotherhood, teamwork, and looking out for one another, and Matt is a great example of that spirit. When one of our own needs a little extra support, we come together.

Please keep Chief Matt Boulding and his family in your thoughts, and let’s show them just how strong the fire service and our local communities can be when we come together. Matt has always had our backs — now we have yours.

From all of us at the Anson Fire Department — we’re standing with you, Matt!

The Anson Fire Department would like to extend a huge thank you to our incredible community who came out to support our 35th annual Spaghetti Feed. Your generosity, encouragement, and continued support truly mean the world to us.
We would also like to give a special thank you to the local businesses who generously donated to this event. Your contributions made this fundraiser possible and are a perfect example of what makes our community so strong.
Because of support like yours, last year’s fundraiser funds were used to purchase a new portable pump, replacing an aging pump that had been in service since the 1980s. This upgrade has already made a meaningful impact on our ability to serve and protect the community safely and effectively.
Every dollar raised goes right back into improving our equipment and training so we can continue to be there when you need us most. Once again, thank you for standing behind the Anson Fire Department — we couldn’t do this without you! 🚒
