Our first residential rehab is in the books.

Thanks to Andy Williams and the Rehab Warrior Institute for giving me the tools needed to successfully transition out of the Marine Corps and get started in the world of creating high quality affordable housing.

Thank you to all of the hard working professionals from High Craft USA for the great job, Corey McPherson for finding the property, and Seth Franklin for being lead project manager on this one.

We'll be ready to start our next project in May!!!!!
