Happy Little Ones, LLC Anna provides parents with the gift of sleep. She also teaches parents how to play, interact, and bond with their baby.

This helps create a positive relationship, and sets the baby up with the healthy building blocks for brain development and growth.

Check out this 2.5 year old that just transitioned to his OWN room, and the first night 👇

👏 HE STAYED IN BED AND SLEPT THRU THE NIGHT 👏

This Little One was sleeping between mama and dada and now that his little sister is on the way, they were ready for him to have his own room to help prepare for baby girl.

This is such a big change, and they prepped him beforehand so he was happy and confident in his new room.

NIGHT 1 went so well, along with his nap the next day! He kept saying he’s so excited to sleep in his new room!

💡 tip: let your toddler be a part of the process with this transition, and spend time in the new room during the day!

The nursery isn’t just for sleep!👇

If your baby falls asleep in your arms or another room, transferring them to their crib can feel hopeless.

If they wake up in a room they barely know, they will panic.

That’s why we need to build their confidence in their room while they are wide awake.

Feeling safe -> better sleep!

The Strategy:
Spend awake time in their room during the day when it’s bright and sunny. Bring in favorite toys and make it a happy, low-stress space. When they know and love their room by day, waking up there at night feels safe, not scary. ☀️

Take it a step further to build independent skills:
1️⃣ While they play happily in their crib, leave the room for just 2 seconds.
2️⃣ Step right back in and praise them.
3️⃣ Slowly increase those seconds into minutes.

This teaches them that their room is a safe space, and that you always come back. ❤️

If your baby woke up at 5am after Daylight Savings… you’re not alone.

Every March we set our clocks forward one hour and we all lose an hour of sleep.

However, our bodies don’t magically adjust in a day just because we changed the clocks.

It takes time. We are connected to the light cycles, and if you’ve noticed, it was getting lighter outside earlier and earlier. It was glorious!

Until this weekend.

Now all of a sudden we’re supposed to go to bed an hour earlier without warning? Yeah that didn’t work for me last night!

Even when we change the clocks, it still takes 1-2 weeks for our body to adjust, as long as there’s consistency!

So of course your child may have experienced:

•early morning wakings
• bedtime battles
• short naps
• night wakings

The good news? Most babies adjust within about a week with a few small schedule tweaks.

👉 If sleep has felt harder lately, you’re not doing anything wrong. Sometimes families just need a little guidance.
