We are nearing completion on our multi year project, Creekview Estates in Polk City! We are set to complete the final plat in Spring of 2023.

The crews have been hard at work, they've made amazing progress at this site in Grimes! As the season is beginning to wind down they will be putting in the hours while rolling through the dirt! We are loving this 70+ degree weather!

Up until this morning, we've had a lot of dry, hot days this Summer. That keeps us right where we like to be Rollin along in the dirt! We've made a lot of progress at The Meadows in Grimes!

Better make the most of the sunshine in this wet, wet, Spring!! The scraper-hands work hard through the damp conditions at Valley View as dirt work here gets close to wrapping up. Soon the crew will be headed north to a fresh new site in Grimes. Hopefully some dry days ahead! 🤞

Ground work rolls on in Norwalk! With dirt work finishing up our crews have moved on to utilities installation at Brody's Landing. Construction will continue through most of 2021 on this soon-to-be apartment complex and adjacent single-family development.
