Another full commercial kitchen setup completed and ready for grand opening over at Ethan’s Restaurant on Warwick Ave! 🍳🔥
We outfitted their 10ft low-profile hood with a Pyro-Chem PCL-300 suppression system—covering the 4-burner, 2ft flat top, and 5ft flat top, plus duct/plenum coverage, gas valve interlock, pull station, K-Class, and 10lb extinguisher.
Fire department test passed with flying colors! Yesterday’s inspection is done, and another local business is safe and ready to serve. 🚨👍
