Project Spotlight: Gateway One – 9th Floor | Mutual of America ✨

Hoff Enterprises is proud to highlight our work on the 9th Floor at Gateway One for Mutual of America, completed in collaboration with T Construction & Consulting Services.

This project integrates a refined palette of materials and detailing to create a cohesive, modern workspace. In the wellness and copy areas, Armina Stone furnished and installed Caesarstone Nougat, while the coffee bar features Florim Ceramiche Eternal Gold, providing both lasting durability and a striking visual element.

Architectural wall treatments feature Materials Inc. Tambora Kirat Light Grey paneling, with office doors seamlessly integrated to create a continuous, uninterrupted aesthetic. Millwork elements incorporate Thermoform Wave Blue and Renolit Taction Oak Gibraltar 3D Thermolaminates cabinetry, complemented by Amerock Blackrock Collection pulls for a clean, modern finish.

This project reflects Hoff Enterprises’ focus on precision fabrication, material coordination, and attention to detail across every element.

Our fleet includes cargo vans, box trucks, and tractors with enclosed trailers, giving us the flexibility to scale deliveries based on project size, destination, and schedule.
