The roll is a full-time position with competitive compensation, benefits and paid leave.

Only candidates meeting the required qualifications will be considered. YOU MUST BE CERTIFIED ON CROWN TURRET EQUIPMENT. THE INTERVIEW WILL INCLUDE ACTUALLY PERFORMING ON THE EQUIPMENT FOR PASS/FAIL.

The position will require occasional Saturday/Sunday work during busy season (August – November), but will include over-time pay for work beyond the standard work week hours.

Position Summary:
This position is responsible for all aspects of product movements from the rack end caps into the production staging area. This position is also responsible for all physical and systemic in and out movements in the bulk area. Lastly, this role will be responsible for moving and scanning processed returns to correct rack end cap profile for putaway by TT.
Essential Job Functions
• Work within the WMS system to ensure that all pallets coming into the staging area are scanned to the correct staging line.
• Move/Stack/Scan raw material into the correct bulk areas.
• Returns processed left over material upon project completion to appropriate profiled location within the Warehouse for putaway.
• Responsible for the overall inventory integrity for the bulk area and will be required to perform cycle counts to accomplish the inventory accuracy required.
• Operation of motorized equipment (Single reach forklift & pallet jack)
• Check products for new projects.
• Makes sure that JIT alerts are executed immediately and brought to the JIT staging area so as to avoid production line downtime.
• Responsible for all products being present in the staging area for all production lines running in a given day.
• Responsible for making sure the company standards for GMP’s, safety are met in the bulk areas.
• Ensures compliance with all company policies and procedures.
• Notify Warehouse Logistics manager of missing items and/or incorrect items before moving merchandise into the staging areas.
• Ensure that material replenishment to the production staging area is being done in a timely manner.
• Operate equipment and zone area in a safe manner.

Key Responsibilities
• Inventory Control for your zone.
• Organize the staging & bulk areas and keep the area clean and safe.
• Completes special projects and miscellaneous assignments as required.

Required Qualifications
• RF Scanning experience
• Forklift- Stand-up counter balance and pallet jack certification
• Basic Math skills sufficient enough to successfully complete the above job duties
• Inventory control experience.
• Ability to read, write, and comprehend English work instructions
• Mindset of continuous improvement within the area
• Dexterity of hands and fingers to operate a computer keyboard, mouse, and to handle other computer component

Job Description: Responsible for outbound shipments and related inventory movements on 1st shift including coordinating and managing performance of the team which includes dock administrators (that schedule and coordinate transportation), forklift and pallet jacks drivers that retrieve and load trailers. The role includes operating as a forklift driver as demand requires during the shift. Maintaining a clean and orderly area is essential to the role.

Essential Job Functions:
• Set shift priorities for dock operations.
• Manage appointment schedule and manage exceptions for late / missed arrivals.
• Ensure proper protocols are being followed including safety measures, product audits/inspections and checking in /checking out of carriers’ drivers.
• Advocate and develop a cohesive, collaborative operating culture.
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders on initiatives, priorities and operational procedures including CEMs, quality, inventory and production/operations.
• Engage with client and 3rd party stakeholders in a professional and respectful manner at all times.
• Ensure compliance with clients’ transportation and inventory management operating systems.

Key Responsibilities:
• Lead the warehouse operations team on 1st shift.

EDUCATION/CERTIFICATION:

• 3-5+ years of experience in warehouse operations with an emphasis on transportation management, preferably at a large volume, high capacity production facility.
• Management experience leading teams.

- Collaborate with line leads, production managers, FGEs, maintenance technicians and other key leaders on identified issues. Take the lead in assessing non-conformance, recording findings, building reports, conducting CAPAs and RCAs.
