WOMEN: YOUR SAFETY IS WORTH PREPARING FOR.
When something goes wrong, the first person responsible for protecting you may be you.
Our Women’s Only Concealed Carry Course goes far beyond simply meeting the requirements for a concealed carry license. We focus on developing the knowledge, confidence, practical skills, and decision-making ability that responsible armed citizens need.
A major part of that preparation is understanding the legal realities of self-defense. We discuss important concepts including the Castle Doctrine, Stand Your Ground, and Duty to Retreat, along with the decisions and responsibilities that come with carrying a firearm for personal protection.
What makes Group 227 different is our real-world experience. Through our partnership with the McDermott Law Group—a leading law firm within the USCCA attorney network—Group 227 has been directly involved in investigative and litigation support surrounding real-world self-defense cases. That experience gives our students a unique perspective on what can happen before, during, and especially after a defensive use of force.
Carrying a firearm is only part of being prepared. Understanding when you can act, when you should not act, and what can happen afterward is just as important.
Don’t wait for someone else to be your first responder.
Learn. Train. Prepare. Be your own first responder.
