Full-time, entry-level position. We will train you to support the sales effort in the on and off premise locations by making sure fresh product is on the retailers' shelves, properly stocked and faced, and that it's competitively merchandised inside and outside each account with permanent and temporary point-of-sale. Merchandisers are responsible for making sure all KBI products are presented in the best possible way to increase sales over competitive products.

We distribute domestic, craft, and import beers and ciders in addition to a growing portfolio of beverages in the Chicago suburbs. We operate out of a professional facility over 120,000 sq. ft. in size and service Will, Kankakee, and parts of Cook, Iroquois, and Grundy counties.

ABOUT THE ROLE:
The Warehouse Picker has a critical role in the successful operations of the business. They work as part of a team to pick products effectively and accurately from bins and safely load product on delivery trucks. They keep aisles clear and free of debris to make it easy to access bins and pallets. The Warehouse Picker is expected to repetitively lift, carry, push/pull, pinch/grip, reach overhead, and reach away from the body.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Use Voice Pick to pick ordered products from pick bins
- Securely shrink-wrap product before placing them on the delivery trucks
- Operate forklift in a busy environment
- Load delivery trucks
- Repetitive pushing, pulling, pinching, gripping, and reaching

QUALIFICATIONS
- Must be 21+ years of age
- Must possess a valid Driver's License with a clean driving record
- 1+ years experience driving a forklift
- Alert, focused, and detail-oriented
- Disciplined, dependable, and resourceful
- High level of composure and good stress management
- Team player
- Physically and mentally fit
- Ability to lift kegs up to 168lbs.
- Able to operate electric lift, hand trucks, pallet jacks, etc.
