We specialize in crafting Bordeaux varietals, including cabernet sauvignon, merlot, red blends and sauvignon blanc. We are passionate about winemaking, using a blend of old world European techniques and modern technology to influence our wines.

Harvest doesn't happen all at once. It happens one deliberate choice at a time.

Punch downs keep the cap in contact with the juice, extracting color and tannin with every push, work already underway for this year's Merlot and Malbec. Out in the vineyard, Cabernet Franc, Cabernet Sauvignon, and Petit Verdot are still hanging, holding strong and taking their time. Temperature, timing, and a little patience decide the rest.

Yesterday’s pick, our third of the season, brought in Malbec and Merlot, marking the first reds of 2026.

The whites came in weeks ago and are already settling into the cellar. Now the reds take their turn, slower, more patient fruit that will carry the backbone of next year’s blends.

There is something special about a season that keeps unfolding, one pick day at a time.

Some pairings do not need to be complicated to be exceptional.

Trout roe caviar with crème fraîche and a simple chip, the kind of dish that lives or dies on balance. The right dollop of crème fraîche against the roe is the whole art of it.

Alongside our Omega Blanc, it is one of our favorite ways to spend a weekend at the estate.

Our team joined the Hugh Chatham Foundation Golf Classic Tournament this week, raising funds to support facility improvements and better patient care at Hugh Chatham Health. Proud to spend a day of fellowship in support of a resource that matters so much to our community.

Ten harvests. Two winemakers who built something from the ground up.

This year marks Mat and Katy’s tenth harvest together. Ten years of early mornings, hard decisions, and weather that never asked permission. They have been through a lot to get here, and every vintage carries a piece of that.

Together they had a vision, and from that, Dynamis was born. Cheers to ten great years and many more.

Expect the unexpected. Our 2025 Fumé Rosé is an homage to old world producers, harkening back to the claret style rosés of Bordeaux.

A blend of Merlot, Cabernet Franc, and Cabernet Sauvignon, shaped by a 72-hour cold soak and aged across French oak, concrete, and stainless steel. The result carries the influence of oak while retaining the freshness a rosé demands, cherry cola and warm cherry pie on the nose, tart cherry and blood orange on the palate, with a savory, umeboshi-like salinity underneath.

Fumé Rosé debuted at our recent Pickup Party, part of our members’ allocation. It remains a members-only wine, limited in production.
