To our wonderful customers, we love that we are seeing more out of country shipments not just to APOs. With this change and the numerous updates each carrier has implemented, protocols are always changing. Just a few reminders, with the address we provide as much knowledge as we can, but we are not able to verify it so we do need certainty behind the address. If unsure we ask it to be rechecked so no shipping issues. Also remember customs, they are picky so we need detail and values. Electronics are now starting to be required New In Box per the post office. There are also now added fees at time of pickup thru some of the carriers. We appreciate your patience in this ever changing shipping era. Looking forward to seeing you for your shipping needs.

Good afternoon our wonderful customers. This is a unique request from the Box N Ship Crew. We had an Amazon Drop Off & with the new Amazon logistics we do not know how to return to sender, since there is no carrier on some of the Amazon labels. Our dilemma is we have a heartfelt gift meant for Elizabeth on Whitetail Ct. Apparently she doesn’t live there anymore just curious if anyone knows if this person is still in Junction City or has moved entirely out of town or state. There is an age limit to the gift so if this is you please contact us thru comment, dm, or even calling us 785-238-7447 or even coming into the store. Thank you hopefully with word of mouth we can get this gift to the proper person.
