Good Morning our wonderful customers. Little update of the day. USPS has decided to implement their Holiday pricing and it started October 4th. It will continue into January. We appreciate your patience with the ever changing pricing and look forward to offer different options on shipping to make it easier for you.

Good morning awesome customers. Just a reminder, our hours are Mon-Friday 8-5pm & Saturdays 9-1pm. Please, we request not to drop off packages outside our business hours due to we are not responsible for them if they get damaged or go missing. Thank you again. We are just trying to make sure we go above and beyond for all our customers and show we care deeply for all packages coming thru our door.

To our amazing customers thank you for your patience. The system issue dealing with our customs form is fixed. We are able to process your shipment to APOs & international shipments requiring custom forms. So come on in & let us help you ship out that care package.

Morning customers, as you know shipping to APOs is always a unique experience & protocols change. The biggest update is if shipping electronics, they have to be New in Box for the post office. We understand how upsetting this is but we appreciate your understanding.

To our wonderful customers, we love that we are seeing more out of country shipments not just to APOs. With this change and the numerous updates each carrier has implemented, protocols are always changing. Just a few reminders, with the address we provide as much knowledge as we can, but we are not able to verify it so we do need certainty behind the address. If unsure we ask it to be rechecked so no shipping issues. Also remember customs, they are picky so we need detail and values. Electronics are now starting to be required New In Box per the post office. There are also now added fees at time of pickup thru some of the carriers. We appreciate your patience in this ever changing shipping era. Looking forward to seeing you for your shipping needs.
