Meet Jozey!

Originally from Minnesota, Jozey spent the last five years living in North Dakota before making the move to Juneau. Her favorite thing about Juneau so far is the breathtaking mountain views (especially on a sunny day!) and the incredible wildlife that makes Southeast Alaska so unique. When she's not at work, you'll likely find her hiking, curled up with a good book, playing volleyball or softball, or spending time with friends and family. Although she's still new to Southeast Alaska, she's looking forward to exploring more of the region—especially Hoonah, Sitka, and Haines. So far, Jozey's favorite part about working at Admiralty has been traveling on cruise ships, visiting different Alaskan communities, and working alongside such an amazing team. She loves the variety each day brings and is excited to continue exploring all that Alaska has to offer!

Meet Halle!

Originally from Anchorage and recently relocated from Bellingham, Washington, Halle is excited to be exploring Southeast Alaska once again. So far, she's been making the most of Juneau's incredible hikes and beaches, and after spending last summer working in Sitka, she's hoping to sneak in a visit there this season as well. When she's not at work, you'll usually find her with a good book, working on a new craft project, hitting the trails, or spending time near the ocean whenever she can. One of her favorite things about Admiralty so far is the variety each day brings. From field work to lab work and everything in between, she enjoys getting out and exploring while continuing to learn something new.

Meet Abigail!

A true local, Abigail was born and raised in Juneau before spending the last few years in Durango, Colorado. She's excited to be back home, where her favorite thing about Juneau is the ability to climb a mountain and jump in the ocean all in the same day. When she's not at work, you'll likely find her hiking, rock climbing, camping, travelling, or painting. She's looking forward to revisiting Skagway, a place she spent a lot of time growing up and seeing how it has changed over the years. At Admiralty Environmental, one of her favorite perks is working in a lab surrounded by incredible mountain views thanks to the many windows!

Meet Erik!

Erik spent most of his life in Washington state before heading north to Southeast Alaska. So far, his favorite part of Juneau has been the incredible wildlife and scenery, and he's especially fond of Ketchikan for its unique layout. When he's off the clock, Erik stays busy hiking, rock climbing, birding, and searching out interesting places to explore. At Admiralty Environmental, his favorite part of the job has been meeting people from all over the world and from all walks of life while working in some of the most beautiful places Alaska has to offer. Meet Hailey!

Originally from Oregon, Hailey has been loving the slower pace of life in Juneau and the incredible sense of community. Outside of work, you can find her hiking, rock climbing, sewing, cooking, or planning her next outdoor adventure — with backpacking and biking high on the list for this summer. At Admiralty Environmental, Hailey loves being part of a close-knit team, doing meaningful work that supports both people and the environment, and of course getting the opportunity to explore so many amazing places throughout Southeast Alaska!

Meet Tessina!
Born and raised in Juneau, Tessina is excited to be back home after spending some time away, reconnecting with favorite local spots like Sandy Beach and the Treadwell Mine trails. When she’s not at work, you can usually find her out exploring with her dog, spending time on the water, or enjoying a cozy night in. Tessina first worked at Admiralty Environmental while she was in high school and has since returned as the bookkeeper – excited to be back and a part of the company’s growth!
