RECORD HIGH RATES RECORD HIGH PROFITS FOR INSURANCE COMPANIES!!! Should homeowners be concerned? YES
2023 yearly premium $5,387.62
2024 yearly premium $9,264.87
2025 yearly premium $15,248.64
STOP THE MADNESS !
To lower my rate to afford mandatory homeowners insurance with a mortgage on my home I had get a higher deductible.
Example $500,000.00 home
1% Deductible $5,000.00
2% Deductible $10,000.00
3% Deductible $15,000.00
Average hail loss claim $20-40k
So if you had a hail loss claim in 2025 with a 3% deductible with the cost of your premium you would pay $30,248.64 out of pocket for a $20-40K claim and premium.

In 2025 almost 80% of all hail loss claims for our customers where DENIED. Explains record high profits for the Insurance Companies! We should be concerned, VERY Concerned !
