The amount of frustration I went through trying to get the little humanoid figure to balance with all 4 keychains was very much worth it to get these discombobulated photos. 😆
All these little keychains are available on my website and on Etsy!
I know I haven’t been nearly as active on Instagram but I am trying to get back in the rhythm of things and will be posting more of my more recent creations!

Have I mentioned there’s also mini whales? Because there’s definitely mini whales. I adore these little things. They’re so small at around 2 inches but they pack adorable into every centimeter.
Keychains with these mini whales are available on my Etsy and website linked in my bio!
Whale pattern by me!

Mini fish! I have been working on a minis collection for crochet keychains and they’re finally ready. And available on my website and etsy!!
Today I wanted to feature my personal favorite: the mini fish. This was actually the last of the minis I created because I was stuck in a crochet design block where I couldn’t think of anything to make or what it would look like. But then, I had the idea of a fish but small. This little 1” x 2” fish is the perfect companion to all your keys (and you can name them). The one featured in the photo is named Harold.
I will talk more about my minis collection of keychains (and, probably in the distant-yet-no-so-distant future, patterns). If you already want to jump ahead and see all of the minis available for purchase without waiting for them to slowly trickle out in pictures on instagram/ Facebook, all of them are already listed on Etsy and my website!
Also, if you have ideas for more minis that you’d like to see, leave your ideas in the comments. :)

These little hot chocolate keychains are now available on my website and on Etsy! They’re just about 1inch tall and the perfect companion for all keys.
This little mug of hot chocolate was actually the second pattern I ever made. And it lives on my computer as a word doc with very little context. 😂😅

Went out to Paia yesterday and took this little sushi with me. Years ago I actually tried to make tamagoyaki (the rolled egg) but instead of following the directions or even using the right tools, I decided that winging it was the best option (despite the fact that winging it has never been the best option for cooking). I think I got about one or two rolls in and then the tamagoyaki completely fell apart. And then I never tried again. Maybe I’ll try again now. It’s been a few years and now I can successfully cook like three whole dishes which is 300% more than before. Maybe it’ll work out better now. Does anyone have tips for successfully making tamagoyaki? 🥚🍳

Also, I have no clue why the pictures have a slight haze to them. I think it was just the morning light. It was very early when we got to the beach.

Went up to Haleakala last weekend and took this little nigiri up with me.
😄 It was super sunny and really really cold. And by really really cold I mean about 40-50 degrees Fahrenheit, which is arguably the coldest Hawaii can really get. 💐🌸⛰
