Ignoring water damage is one of the fastest ways for a small problem to turn into a major expense. Moisture doesn’t stay put. It spreads into flooring, drywall, insulation, and framing, and once it’s inside those materials, the cost of repair climbs fast. What could’ve been a simple dry‑out becomes demolition, reconstruction, and replacement.
