Starting this business wasn’t always easy. There were long days spent working hard, learning how to build everything from scratch. As an owner, I am very hands-on with the service we provide. I’ve learned to do everything – from construction and electrical work to talking with customers and making sandwiches. This all-encompassing experience has given me a deep understanding of what it takes to run a successful sandwich shop. 🙏
