We are thrilled to welcome Clay Calkins, CPA as our new SHRM Kalamazoo Treasurer! 🎉

Clay has been serving clients in public accounting since 2015 and currently works as a Manager in Client Accounting and Advisory Services. His expertise includes corporate and individual tax planning and preparation, financial compilations and reviews, QuickBooks Online training, and business advisory services. His strong financial background and commitment to client service make him an excellent addition to the SHRM Kalamazoo leadership team.

A graduate of Western Michigan University with a Bachelor of Business Administration in Accountancy, Clay is actively involved in the Kalamazoo community through organizations such as the Kalamazoo Valley Community College Accounting and Business Advisory Board and Giver's Group Kalamazoo. He is also a member of both the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the Michigan Association of CPAs.

Beyond his professional accomplishments, Clay enjoys golfing, bowling, and cheering on his favorite college and professional football and hockey teams.
