What an incredible day at West Plains Mining!

Recently, a group of campers from Kids Adventure Camp: Future Leaders of Wabash County visited our affiliate, West Plains Mining, for a hands-on look at the mining industry. They explored mining tools and safety equipment, talked with the underground crew over the two-way radio, watched haul trucks flash their lights, and even got a wave from a loader operator with the bucket!

Each camper also received a Michigan Aggregates Association Rock Box and learned about limestone.

The smiles say it all. We're proud to be part of the Wabash community and grateful to our West Plains Mining team, especially Raina, Dwight, and Zachary, for creating such an unforgettable experience for these future leaders. Thank you for inspiring the next generation!

Exciting things are happening at Aggregate Resources.

We recently received our first delivery of cement powder at our Kalamazoo rail yard, marking the start of a new product offering for our customers.

A big shoutout to Tyler Stephens for running the RBT unloader and helping make this first delivery a success.

We’re looking forward to putting this new capability to work and continuing to support the projects that keep our communities moving.
