🔥 New Partnership Announced 🔥

About six months ago I connected with a Marine on LinkedIn named Trever. He owns a real estate empire out in California and runs an online Skool community built exclusively for Marines. Hundreds of members strong, and the moment I joined it felt like home.

The community is built around real estate and investing, but Trever learned more about my background in business consulting and we immediately started building something together. Something that aligned directly with MARWOC's mission to help 10,000 Marines become financially free.

In this live podcast, Trever and I announced our official partnership and what it means for every Marine in the community.

Here is what we built together.

I created a custom business operating system called MOS. If you wore the uniform you already know that is a play on words. MOS stands for MARWOC Operating System. It is a complete business blueprint for how to operate and scale a company, broken down step by step in full Marine Corps language and terminology. Barney style. No corporate fluff. Just the system.

I will be flying out to California in April to play golf and support veterans.
Oh...and finalize a huge partnership that I am dying to announce..

My consulting work has been gaining a lot of traction. I am working with 3 companies full time right now, in the works with 2 more, and on the verge of cementing this amazing partnership.

For those that do not know, I work with small businesses and corporate teams. I install structure and I facilitate their accountability systems.

Just wrapped up an L10 meeting with a large manufacturing company in Detroit!
30M & growing FAST!

Going into the meeting - (This was their first official L10 with me) Incomplete scorecards, unclear who'd even show up, still questioning the system.

How the meeting ended - Real problems identified, solutions hashed out, clear to-dos assigned and everyone feeling like their 90 minutes actually mattered. They all felt heard, on the same page, and agreed on what actually moves the needle for the company. I could see the clarity and excitement by the end of the meeting.

That's the difference between having meetings and running a business through meetings.

If your leadership team is spending hours talking without moving the needle, let's fix that.

January has now ended, as I look back at the last month, I am very proud of the impact this business has made. We now have 3 clients across 3 different industries. I have facilitated 3 quarterly/strategic meetings, including 2 complete installs of operating and accountability systems, and will be integrating 3 weekly leadership meetings.

If you don't understand what I do, here is a quick breakdown. I analyze businesses, then sit down with their ownership/leadership teams. I facilitate a strategic meeting, where we create the vision for the company. Starting at a 10 year goal working down to the 1 year goal. We then create a very specific and laser focused sales & marketing plan. Once the complete vision has been created, we break it down further. We create quarterly goals and weekly scorecards that track KPIs that directly lead to the completion of the quarterly goal, thus, one step closer to reaching the annual goal. I also offer services to integrate businesses weekly leadership meetings, that follow a rigid agenda to enforce the accountability of all of the goals that were set. Having an outsider facilitate these meetings can be super beneficial. Its forced accountability, it removes all side bar conversations and becomes the highest level of structure within a meeting. We solve problems for 90 minutes, nothing else.

Yesterday, I had the opportunity to collaborate with a manufacturing company near Detroit, reviewing their strategic plans and accountability systems. A key aspect of my approach is ensuring transparency and honesty in my evaluations. I always ask for permission from everyone in the room to maintain this openness, understanding that my suggestions are not negative but aimed at achieving clarity and efficiency.

During our session, we identified gaps and eliminated meaningless KPIs, as well as goals that weren't effectively driving progress for the company. After a full day of brainstorming and teamwork, the leadership team expressed relief and confidence in their new vision moving forward.

It is fulfilling when a leadership team of this caliber shares that I exceeded their expectations by the end of our day together. I delivered this value upfront, and now the Owner and I are working on a partner agreement so we can keep this ship sailing together!
