This is one of the smallest leaks we have located. There is a defect in the metal 90 degree fitting on a PVC water main that was newly installed and wouldn’t pass the pressure test. The look on the operator’s face was priceless when we had to tell them to bust out the concrete thrust block to find the source of the leak.
