Starting wage is $14.00/hour and after you have successfully completed your 90-days with good attendance we increase your wage to $14.25/hour. You can choose which shift you would prefer to work on currently with your choices being:

1st Shift - 7am - 3pm (Mon-Fri)
2nd Shift - 3pm - 11pm (Mon-Fri)
3rd Shift - 11pm (Sun) - 7am (Thur)
Starting pay is $14.00/hour with an increase to $14.25/hour after successfully completing your 90-days with good attendance.

1st Shift: Mon - Fri 7am - 3:30pm
* Perform and document machine PM as scheduled
*Perform and document service work and maintenance work on all secondary (auxiliary) equipment.
* Perform plant and equipment electrical and plumbing requirements as needed.
* Perform all general plant maintenance
* Perform metal cutting, welding, drilling, milling as needed
* Operate forklift/overhead crane when needed.
* Able to lift 40lbs
* Other duties as assigned by supervisor

* Trouble-shoot any production/processing problems.
* Participate in the development of and enforces company policies & procedures.

* Conduct employee evaluations
* Document & report employee work-related injuries
*Other assignments as given by manager.
