We’re proud to spotlight Maile Alau, one of our newest facilitators on the PSHI team, who recently led a full-day board and leadership retreat with Catholic Charities Hawai‘i.

This was a powerful day of visioning with a group of open-hearted, engaged leaders committed to asking the hard questions, and leaning into the complexities facing Hawai‘i’s most vulnerable communities.

At a time when the needs are shifting daily, it was inspiring to witness such deep care, courage, and clarity in action as they planned for the future of their organization and the people they serve.

A lot can be accomplished when you incorporate a little fun. 🙌

Instead of another conversation in a conference room, team building activities with the staff of Island Pacific Academy took us on a scavenger hunt to spark creativity and collaboration.
