It’s hard to believe that Q1 is almost over. This year has already been highly productive, and a big part of that is thanks to our new team members. Today, we’d like to take a moment to welcome one of our newest associates, Melissa Barclay.

As the Director of Customer Experience, Melissa has made a significant impact on our call center and dispatch teams. She has developed strong relationships with our General Managers and has proven to be an invaluable asset and colleague to our CopperPoint team.

We are excited to support her as she brings her vision to life and makes every customer interaction unforgettable.
