Partnership Announcement | Closing the Year Strong

As we close out the year, we’re grateful to be ending on a high note by beginning a new partnership between HR Maven Collective, Platinum Bell Consulting, LLC, and Warren Chapel CME Church.

Through this collaboration, we’ll support Warren Chapel Church with a comprehensive HR infrastructure rebuild and ongoing payroll processing, strengthening internal systems that support both ministry operations and long-term sustainability.

Ending the year with a partnership rooted in trust, alignment, and shared values is a reminder of why this work matters. We’re excited for what’s ahead.

Platinum Bell Consulting, LLC is proud to announce that we have been contracted by Dynamic Works Institute (DWI) to support the modification of the State of Ohio’s Workforce Innovation and Opportunity Act (WIOA) State Plan.

As part of this important engagement, Platinum Bell Consulting has partnered with HR Maven Collective to bring additional expertise in HR strategy and workforce development. Together, our collaborative team will lead the process of aligning Ohio’s workforce strategies with federal priorities, strengthening implementation across the state, and ensuring long-term impact for the communities served.

This contract represents the first joint project between Platinum Bell Consulting and HR Maven Collective, and we are honored to launch our collaboration with such meaningful work alongside Dynamic Works Institute.

I’m proud to announce that Platinum Bell Consulting is now officially registered and active in the U.S. federal government’s System for Award Management (SAM.gov), meaning we are approved to bid on federal contracts. 🎉

This milestone represents more than just a registration. Since April, Platinum Bell has grown tremendously expanding our services, deepening our impact in workforce development, compliance, and organizational strategy, and building capacity to take on projects of greater scale.

What began as a vision to “Elevate People. Empower Systems.” has quickly evolved into a trusted partner for workforce boards, nonprofits, and organizations nationwide. Now, with federal eligibility, we’re ready to extend that impact even further.
