The event will take place at UMKC's soccer stadium, and will feature:

-A kids’ play area

-A fun relay race for both children and adults before the walk

🕒 Schedule: 2-3 days per week (Mondays, Tuesday, and Thursdays) | After school (approx. 3 hrs/day) Plus Weekly Meeting
💵 Pay: Starting at $20/hour

✨ About the Role:
As a facilitator, you’ll lead middle school students through engaging activities focused on violence prevention, personal development, and VR career exploration. You’ll help inspire positive choices, build confidence, and guide youth toward brighter futures.

✅ What We’re Looking For:

Passion for working with middle school youth

Strong communication & facilitation skills

Comfort using technology (VR experience a plus!)

Ability to foster a safe, supportive, and fun learning environment

I am looking for a facilitator to lead some discussions with at-risk youth in Kansas City, MO. The position is part-time (Every Wednesday 12:30pm-3:30pm for 10 weeks) and pays well. You need to be reliable, have reliable transportation, laptop or computer, loves working with teenagers, and available for a 1 hour meeting on Monday afternoons.
