The services might look similar on paper… but the experience can be completely different.

Some businesses prefer large national providers with standardized systems. Others want a local partner who knows their market, understands regional challenges, and provides more personalized support.

Neither approach is automatically better for every company.

Everyone loves the idea of Summer Fridays ☀️

Until one team leaves early… and another team is still answering emails at 4:45
Flexibility perks can be great for morale, but they only work well when expectations around coverage, communication, and workload are actually clear.

Otherwise, “fun culture perk” can quickly turn into:
“Wait… why doesn’t my department get that?”
The companies that make Summer Fridays successful usually plan for fairness — not just flexibility.
