Alright, KC! For those of you already putting this sweatpants on and cozying up to fall football, it’s not yet time to kick those feet up JUST YET :). Your lawn needs a little more from you to ensure health in the spring! What you do over the next few weeks can make a big difference in how your lawn comes early next year.

Here are 5 things our lawn team recommends doing over the next few weeks for your Kansas City yards:

If your patio feels a little too much like a scene from DON’T MOVE after dark… we should probably talk. 🕷️😂

We love seeing Kansas City on the big screen! 🎬 Don’t Move was filmed right here in KC and features Kansas City’s own Rob Riggle , along with lots of local cast and crew that you may recognize in the end credits! There’s even a scene right in our brookside/waldo neighborhood in the parking lot of St. Andrew's Episcopal Church !

So consider this our unofficial shoutout to a locally filmed movie we’re excited to see — no affiliation, we’re just proud KC people cheering on KC talent. 🙌

It may have been filmed in Kansas City… but this doesn’t have to be you on your patio or in your living room at night. 😂

Kansas City spiders? We can help with those.
Giant prehistoric ones? We’ll leave those to Hollywood.

Go support a movie made right here in our hometown! 🎥🕷️ Now in theatres!

— Your local, family-owned pest protectors since 1950 💚

Have you been to the movie? If so, what was your favorite Kansas City scene?

Water, water, water! 💧
One thing we see that often gets missed in lawn care…a classic case of under-watering :)!
If you’re one of our lawn customers and looking to achieve that healthy green lawn this fall and into spring, make sure you’re watering enough after each treatment - ESPECIALLY your aeration treatments this month!

Haven’t yet signed up for aeration this season? We still have a few spots left, give us a call to sign up! 816 523 0777

Shoutout to our longtime clients Sloop Dental Co. for keeping kids smiling all over the city with their newest venture, Little Smiles by Sloop Dental Co. !

A few months ago they moved their practice to a spot they renovated across the street, and just recently launched Little Smiles In their old spot, serving as a Medicaid dental office for kids in east brookside and neighboring areas!
