Congratulations to our own Tina Passanise Emig on being featured in this week's BOMA St. Louis Member Spotlight! Tina's passion for the industry, commitment to BOMA, and leadership at Royal Papers have made a difference for more than two decades. We are proud to have her on our team and grateful for all she does.
This week's Member Spotlight recognizes Tina Passanise-Emig, Vice President with Royal Papers!
Tina has been a part of her family’s business for as long as she can remember but officially joined full-time in 2003. She says it’s hard to believe it’s been over 20 years! Tina has been a BOMA member for most of those 20 years when her dad first introduced Royal Papers to BOMA back in 1994, and she is incredibly grateful he did, as it has been such a big part of her career. She’s been lucky to meet some incredible people through BOMA, and many of those industry connections have turned into real friendships. It’s a community that’s always willing to share ideas, support one another, and have a little fun along the way.
The Industry Expo has always been her favorite event. Tina has loved seeing how it has evolved over the years, and some of her favorite memories are creating themed booths, having fun with her team, and catching up with so many clients and friends who have supported her throughout the years. Her favorite BOMA committee to serve on has been the Expo Committee, as it has been rewarding to help shape an event that has become such an important tradition for the industry. She still laughs thinking about the days when the committee hand-made the decorations for the event themselves!
Outside of work, Tina loves staying active, whether it’s golfing, playing tennis, traveling, or cheering on one of her three kids at their many sporting events. One thing you may not know about Tina? She hiked 23 miles through the Grand Canyon in just ONE day! And if there’s karaoke, there’s a good chance you’ll find her singing Whitney Houston with a tequila in hand!
Thank you, Tina, for your longstanding involvement and support of BOMA St. Louis!
