▫️I held off on sharing this story. Still nervous about sharing actually. Mostly because it’s a hard, personal story to tell and it’s still being written. But it’s been such a big part of who I’ve become…. and was the impetus for my shift to peace.

Here’s to the caretakers finding their peace. I see you and feel you deeply. Don’t forget about your power to choose peace… to choose presence... for yourself.

Cancer sucks, but we’re moving through day by day. Sending healing to y’all while also navigating this world. Peace over everything.

I cannot sing, but chose to sing in front of 400+ people to make a point. 😝🤣🎶 I had to bring up one of my favorite songs, Bag Lady by 😆🤣

Just got back the video assets from my keynote in Seattle and there’s so much that I want to share… but let’s start with me singing horribly to make a point about letting go of thought patterns, beliefs, people, and situations that no longer serve us… so we can ascend 😆✨🎙️
