⭐ Why So Many Facebook Ads Look the Same

Facebook’s ad platform has become a huge playground for:

1. Dropshippers

People who don’t own the product, never touch it, and simply:
• Copy videos from TikTok/AliExpress
• Create a Facebook ad
• Sell it at a markup
• Forward your order to a factory in China

This is why you see:
• Identical videos
• Identical photos
• Different company names
• Different prices

Because they’re all selling the exact same factory item.

2. “Replica Shops”

Some ads are pop-up stores that:
• Use stock images
• Take orders
• Disappear in 30–90 days

These are not fully illegal scams — but they’re extremely unreliable.

3. Factory-Direct Brands

Occasionally, real factories advertise directly.
These can be legitimate, but still confusing because multiple storefronts represent the same factory.

⭐ Is It Legitimate?

Here’s the truth:

✔️ Most are legitimate in the sense that:

You will usually receive something in the mail.

❌ But many are NOT reliable:
• Long shipping times (3–8 weeks)
• No customer service
• Wrong or low-quality items
• No returns
• No warranty
• No accountability

The biggest issue is zero tracking of who is actually selling to you.

⭐ Why It Feels Untrustworthy

Because Facebook ads don’t require:
• A real business history
• Verified sellers
• Proven reviews
• Transparent sourcing

Anyone can spin up a Shopify store in 1 hour and begin advertising.

Amazon at least:
• Requires seller identity checks
• Provides returns
• Offers buyer protection
• Shows real reviews

⭐ When It’s Safe to Buy From a Facebook Ad

Use these rules to avoid problems:

1. Only buy if the brand has:
• A real website with “About” info
• A U.S. address
• A real customer support phone number
• Multiple years of posts and comments

If the page was created this year → skip it.

2. Check their business name on:
• Trustpilot
• BBB
• Reddit
• Amazon (sometimes same product is there)

3. Look for red flags:
• Page created within 6 months
• No comments or only bot comments
• No clear return policy
• No warranty
• Videos that look like TikTok reposts

4. Assume “too good to be true” pricing = low quality

5. When in doubt:

Find the product name or keywords → search it on:
• Amazon
• Walmart
• AliExpress
• Temu

Often the Facebook product is identical to a $12 item on AliExpress.
