We are available 24 hours a day and 7 days a week for emergency tarp, board-up and water migtigation. Damage Control & Restoration (DCR) is a Kansas based corporation, owned by Bob Sigler. Bob started Damage Control & Restoration in Kansas City in 1989 and is owner and sole stockholder of the company. Damage Control & Restoration is not a franchise, but a family-owned business.
