After 50 years of supplying the cinema exhibition industry with premium visual merchandising, Schult Industries has permanently ceased operations and is currently winding down as a business entity.
Schult Industries has not been acquired by, nor merged with, any other entity, and has no successor company. Any claims by third parties that they have acquired Schult Industries, or represent a continuation of our company or products, are factually incorrect.
We extend our deepest gratitude to the theater owners, exhibitors, and industry partners who trusted Schult Industries to illuminate their lobbies for decades. We are incredibly proud of the legacy we built alongside the exhibition industry, and we thank you for your years of partnership.
