Sunday was my wedding anniversary - 2-22-22 and it made me realize:

There’s a difference between people who love you and people who love the version of you that feels safe to them.

The right people:
• Reflect your power back to you
• Don’t get threatened by your growth
• Celebrate your expansion
• Ground you without dimming you

My husband has never told me I'm too much and LCG might not exist without his love and support and unbridled encouragement.

Something has been forming in me for a while.

I’ve spoken at conferences for years… but I realized recently that I’m not just delivering sessions. I carry a message.

Greatness is pre-installed.
Most of us aren’t lacking it — we’re protecting it.

At 60, starting this business wasn’t about becoming someone new.
It was about finally trusting who I was built to be.

So I’m stepping into it fully. Keynote Speaker.

The key isn’t force.
It’s movement.
It’s awareness.

I saw a bumper sticker the other day that said “Sh*t Show Supervisor.”
(This image is a recreated version of what I saw while driving.)

It didn’t make me laugh.
It made me cringe.

Because chaos at work is rarely an employee problem.

It’s usually unclear expectations, avoided conversations, and inconsistent leadership.

Ownership isn’t blame.
It’s responsibility.

If things feel chaotic, the question isn’t who’s the problem—it’s what’s being tolerated.
