I've been getting calls this morning about people's heat not getting hot enough. Well it's the coldest day we've had so far so your furnace has to work harder . Simple fixes could be first change your filter , turn the thermostat up a little and check doors and windows for drafts. Happy New Year from Owens Heating and Cooling

Dear Customer, If you rent your home or business establishment and are not the owner please check with your landlord or the owner before calling for service to figure out if they will cover the service bill or if you are to cover the service bill. A lot of landlords have their own service guys and I don't want the hassle of who will pay me . Also I charge a $50.00 service charge which is for my time, travel and diagnosis of what's wrong.
