Plant-based “meat” is highly processed, made in laboratories, and contains a long list of ingredients...processed proteins, inflammatory oils, and processed fibers. Real animal based beef only has one ingredient and is super nutrient rich. When choosing plant-based over real beef, you are replacing a nutritious, healthy food with processed garbage, which can lead to inflammation, and inflammation is the leading cause of all disease.
Moral of the story... Eat Real Food! Choosing real food over fake food will always be the best option!
