It is with HUGE gratitude that I thank Matt Brown from Small Town View for his work in putting together this advert for us at Faulkner HR Solutions. If you know anything about our behind-the-scenes work in social media management, you know that recording content for our business is one of my biggest challenges. Between client acquisition and management, and staying on top of the constantly evolving demands of the market, social media tends to be the last thing I prioritize and when i put myself on camera, its normally sits in a drive file until I can find the additional hours to polish it in post-production to make it look semi-good.

Matt not only made this super easy, but made it extremely fun for me and the outcome was the complete polar opposite of the experience I normally have filming in front of a camera.

I still cannot believe how you made magic out of all the outtakes and goofiness I put you through during the filming process.

If your business has been sitting on the fence, I urge you to hop off and have a conversation with Matt. I went in as a blank canvas and came out with this awesome advert that screams my personality, captures how we get work done, and still shows that we can have fun doing it.

POV: You finished your work, so naturally you get everyone else’s.

Reliable employees usually don’t burn out because they hate working. They burn out because competence keeps getting rewarded with redistribution.

Dr. Faulkner had the pleasure of attending the ribbon cutting for Warrior.nutritiontx in Kenedy, Texas. Inside the owner's had this neat concept of having veterans sign the flag of their affiliated service. What a great way to brand awareness for local heros and display their values loud and proud. Way to go guys!
