Are you having Netflix issues tonight during the Paul vs Tyson live event? You're not alone. Netflix is having issues nationwide with the heavy traffic. It's not an internet or WiFi issue. I'm sure they're working on it. Twitter and Downdetector both show many people reporting issues with Netflix.

PSA: Verizon is having a nationwide outage with millions of customers that are down. The issue started around 8:30am and is still ongoing. Verizon has acknowledged the issue and is working on it.

MN WiFi internet service is up and running with no issues.

It's the latest massive outage of 2024 after incidents affecting AT&T and Microsoft users.

Enjoy our view this week from Dodge Center!! We spent a couple days this week upgrading our network to double and triple capacity on our network backbone. This means faster speeds for you, improved latency/ping, and better gaming/work from home performance. Our upstream provider will be performing a hardware upgrade Tuesday, Sept. 26 from 11pm to 3am. There will be some downtime during this window. You do not need to do anything to restore service after the upgrade is completed. Thank you

Did you know we've been serving Wanamingo and the rural area around it for almost 9 years?! Time sure flies when we're having fun. We've finished migrating all customers to the NEW water tower on the south side of town.

We were the oldest provider on the original water tower and the FIRST provider on the new water tower in October 2022. The downtown area will look different when they remove the old tower but the future is bright for Wanamingo and their growing community.

*UPDATE 10:06am* NW Kasson is restored after confirming a power surge tripped a breaker. All towers are restored. If you're still having trouble, please follow reboot instructions on our website. If that doesn't work, please email [email protected] for more assistance. Thank you!

*UPDATE 8:33am* Hader area has been fully restored. The tower host found a tripped breaker from the storm. Working on the NW Kasson area next

Mother nature is not ready for spring yet after seeing the aftermath of her little blizzard ❄️🌨️

There's nearly 100,000 power outages in MN this morning and we have 2 towers that are down. The Hader area north of wanamingo is down and a small neighborhood tower in NW Kasson. Most/all of Kasson has lost power 7 times in the last two hours.

We'll dispatch to fix any tower issues as soon as it's safe to do so today. Reminder that many cell plans include mobile hotspot data that you can use as a backup until your main service is restored. Thank you
