This home had a partial flat roof with rolled roofing, but it wasn’t tapered enough to properly drain the water, causing pooling issues. We re-framed the roof line to create the proper slope for shingles and went ahead with a brand new roof for the whole house while we were at it!

Now the water can drain off the roof like it should, and this home has a fresh new look.

We recently completed a renovation for a local dentist's office, ensuring the work was done while the office was closed for Christmas break to avoid disrupting patient hours.

**Project Highlights:**
- **New Flooring:** We installed 20 mil commercial Luxury Vinyl Plank (LVP) flooring, which offers both durability and low maintenance—a practical choice for a busy dental environment.

-**New Carpet:** We replaced the worn carpet on 2 staircases in the office

- **Fresh Paint:** All trim and doors were painted to create a clean, modern look that enhances the overall atmosphere of the office.

- **Water Damage Repairs:** We addressed some water damage to the exterior trim boards, ensuring the office remains in good condition.

Second-to-last remodel of 2024 is in the books! This home needed a clean out, some extensive sub-floor repair, lots of painting and a few other repairs and is now ready for its new tenants!

This week we undertook a significant project repairing an exterior wall after a drunk driver crashed into a rental property managed by one of our valued property management clients. Fortunately, there were no injuries and the entire repair was covered by insurance, ensuring that the owner could focus on their tenants without the added financial burden.

In addition to the wall repair, we transformed the living room, bathroom, and hallway with a brand-new Luxury Vinyl Plank (LVP) floor. This upgrade not only enhanced the aesthetics of the rental but also added durability and comfort for future tenants.

We recently had the opportunity to help a client whose home suffered from water damage due to a busted water line in the attic. It was quite the job, but we love a good challenge!

Here’s what we did after dry-out:
- Fixed up the damaged ceiling and matched the popcorn texture.
- Replaced attic insulation
- Replaced all the flooring and trim to make everything look brand new.
- Gave the whole area a fresh coat of paint.

The best part? The client's homeowners insurance covered the repairs in full! 🎉
