Tully’s has taken over the famous baked potato booth at the New York State fair and they’re serving up some serious volume 🥔

We are proud to help equip the operation with RATIONAL USA combi ovens, giving their team the capacity and consistency they need to keep the potatoes coming.

With 5000 to 7000 potatoes cooked every day keeping up with fairgoers is no small task, but the RATIONAL ovens are up to it. From high volume production to consistent results, they’re helping Tully’s keep the line moving and the potatoes hot!

August Customer Spotlight: Behind the Scenes at Arthur Ashe Stadium

The world's biggest stage in tennis is getting a major makeover, and we're proud to be part of what happens behind the scenes!

For our August Customer Spotlight, we're highlighting a recent project completed for the United States Tennis Association (USTA) at the iconic Arthur Ashe Stadium in Flushing, NY.

The foodservice operation welcomed equipment from RATIONAL United States , including iCombi cooking technology, along with Arctic Walk-ins cold storage solutions, bringing together reliable cooking performance and dependable refrigeration for one of the most demanding venues in sports.

From the players' dining operation to hospitality and concessions, there's an incredible amount of foodservice happening behind the scenes while the world's best athletes take the court. And with the USTA's $800 million transformation of the Billie Jean King National Tennis Center underway, there's even more exciting change ahead, with the full Arthur Ashe Stadium transformation scheduled for completion by the 2027 US Open.
