Today on the MEET THE PANELISTS series for our upcoming 2023 Houston Real Estate Forecast Panel; Mat Trenchard - CEO, Senna House Buyers!

Mat has been in real estate since 2011. He originally started as their accountant at a property management company in Houston, TX. While working at this property management company, Mat was a part of a couple of wholesale deals and found that he enjoyed the process. Two years later, Mat was hired as an acquisitions manager for Senna House Buyers. Mat quickly grew within the company and became a partner. By 2019, Mat became the sole owner of Senna House Buyers.

Between wholesales, rentals, flips, and retail transactions, Mat has done 1000+ real estate deals. Throughout his real estate career, Mat has taught several acquisitions managers (with no real estate experience) how to become 6-figure earners through his proven sales process.

Mat's training was geared towards his team, and he only ventured into teaching other wholesalers once he attended an event in Austin, TX, with other high-level real estate investors. During one of the breaks at this weekend event, Mat was randomly asked by fellow attendees about his sales process. His sales process captivated a small crowd to the point that the Mastermind's Leader asked Mat to teach his process to the entire audience.
