Allowing your community voice to be heard
The page was created for all of Bear Creek Meadows a place for the community voice to be heard. We are a large community and a lot of times there are good and bad issues in the community. One of the issue that I hear from most of the neighbors is the management company Preferred Management and the Board. This page is created for the member to have a voice and educate and find resources. The page is also a page for community sharing events or positive things in the community. Please do not share personal information only that information you think the community need to know. One example is the fees and interest being charged by Preferred Management and several members who have complain about not getting correct statements, while fees and interest increase. Please share this type of information we need to know to correct the issues in the community. There is strength in numbers.
