Amazon said it has donated about $500 million to charities since the program AmazonSmile launched in 2013.

This is a great time of year to start reflecting on 2022 and think about the shift you want to make for 2023. This applies to both your personal and professional life.

We all know we need to get up early, read, exercise, drink water and get plenty of rest, but sometimes, if we try to change too much too fast, we sabotage our efforts. It starts with our thinking and the things we believe and say to ourselves.
