Here's what homeowners should know:

• Your grass can still be photosynthesizing, developing roots, and storing energy for winter.

• Keep mowing to: AS NEEDED.

Nobody wants next year's lights to begin as a mystery bin.

A seasonal roofline is made of sections that belong in particular places. When lights come down, labeling each run and keeping a simple layout note helps you remember what goes where. Store the pieces carefully, then inspect lights and cords for damage before they go back up.

Morning Minute: The curb is part of the leaf cleanup.

A lawn can look tidy while the gutter collects the last rakeful.

Leaves in the street can block storm drains and wash toward local waterways, so take one final pass along the curb before calling it done.

Move leaves back from the gutter, then mulch, compost, or use Kearney’s yard-waste options when the volume calls for it. A small finishing detail helps the whole block.

The property maintenance game has changed in a week! Now it's how many leaves can I collect and remove in a day? Not how many lawns can I cut in a day.

There's a major difference there.

2 hours on a single property this week compared to a usual 25 minute; mow, edge, trim, blow is quite a difference.

Removing as much debris off this property to protect this baby grasses that we just planted allowed them sunlight, moisture, and air movement. 🫶🌱
