Momentum is building across Texas, and the CAET Construction team is delivering! 🚧👏

We’re incredibly proud of the progress happening across our projects as several jobs near the finish line. Our 7-Eleven projects in McLendon-Chisholm, Venus, and Springtown are making great strides toward completion, while our McDonald's projects at DFW Airport and Anna continue to move full steam ahead. Not far behind is Little Elm gaining momentum every day. Wylie will be serving up burgers in the coming days.

We're also excited to see a shell building in Plano approaching the finish line, a security gate installation complete, exterior site work advancing in Fort Worth, and a warehouse renovation project kicking off with demolition activities underway.

None of this would be possible without the dedication, hard work, and commitment of our amazing team, trade partners, and clients. Thank you for trusting CAET Construction to bring your vision to life. We're grateful for every opportunity and look forward to celebrating many more successful project completions together.
Building relationships. Delivering results. Creating spaces that matter.

🇺🇸 Honoring the Brave This Memorial Day 🇺🇸

Today, we pause as a nation to remember the men and women who gave everything in service to our country. Their courage, their sacrifice, and their unwavering commitment to protecting our freedoms will never be forgotten.

May we honor them not only with our words, but with the way we live, lead, and care for one another.

Remembering. Reflecting. Grateful.

A couple more before and after pictures of car vs McDonald’s. We know the value of these restaurants being open to serve customers and are proud of our response times to be able to get them back in business.

Unfortunately this customer made the wrong turn for the drive thru. We are just wrapping up the repairs this week. Fortunately no one was hurt in this accident but we reframed the wall, new brick and stone, and new store front. The inside had wall finishes to redo and some decor to be replaced.

Molly and Jason are proud supporters of Carroll Education Foundation and all our Dragon Teachers!!

Meet the Sandlin family and learn why they support CEF through the Superintendent's Circle Giving Society!

Molly and Jason Sandlin, owners of CAET Project Management Consultants, LLC, twin Dragons, Caleb and Ethan (8), are in 7th grade at Dawson Middle School. Caleb and Ethan are talented individuals who compete in golf and Dragon Youth Baseball. They are both in the Dawson Middle School band; Caleb plays the trumpet, and Ethan plays the clarinet. Additionally, they are actively involved in their school's sports teams; Caleb plays football, while Ethan runs cross country. The Sandlin twins are utterly devoted to their school; they "live and breathe Dragon."

When asked what they love about raising Dragons, Molly and Jason said they love "the community and the tight-knit family of Dragon Nation is nothing like we have ever experienced before! It is an amazing thing to be a Dragon family! Go Dragons!"

The Sandlin Family believes that supporting the CEF Teacher Fund "is investing in our children's future! The level of academic success and the programs involved to meet all the challenges the world has to offer can only be achieved through incredible educators. Our wonderful state does not provide the funding to the district needed to achieve this for our kids. Having the Carroll Education Foundation provide funding to these amazing teachers so our district can provide all these programs makes supporting the CEF an absolute no-brainer!"

The Superintendent's Circle Giving Society comprises philanthropic-minded community leaders who commit to an annual contribution of $10,000 or more. For more information about becoming a Superintendent's Circle member contact us at [email protected]

Jason and Molly M. Sandlin are proud to support the Carroll Education Foundation and all it does for our teachers and community.

Did you know if every CISD family gave $1 a day (or more) we could gift ALL teachers a $2,500 end-of-year appreciation gift? Imagine how impactful that could be for our teachers!!
