🍷 The Art of the Blend: Where Science Meets Soul.

Great w**e may start in the vineyard, but it’s shaped in the blending room. 🍇✨

Blending is where the magic happens. Our w**emaking team brings together different varietals, lots, and characteristics, tasting and fine-tuning each component until the whole becomes something greater than the sum of its parts.

A little more of this, a touch less of that, and suddenly the fruit, structure, aroma, and finish find their harmony. Every decision matters. Every blend tells a story.

It’s part science, part artistry, and a whole lot of passion — all coming together in your glass of Shannon Ridge w**e. ❤️🍷 Swing by the Mercantile daily from noon to 7pm and taste for yourself!
