This is an example of the fine lead that we are able to extract from rubber traps—not only do we capture the larger fragments, but we are able to get pieces as small as powdery lead. This leads to an all-around cleaner berm and better lead yield!

DO NOT use one of these units on your rubber trap. If someone shows up to service your trap with something similar, then be afraid. This type of unit pulls the rubber through a fan housing, which degrades the rubber... Moreover, target paper, fine lead, etc. are just blown straight back into the trap..

Little Creek Amphibious Base, Virginia Beach VA. Lead removal and berm restoration. Frangible rounds were used and it made a mess of the berm. We pulled out 24 barrels of degraded rubber caused by those rounds.
