Looking to launch your career in sales and business development? This is a great entry-level opportunity to join a growing team and build valuable experience in lead generation, CRM and sales development.

💰 Compensation: $50K–$55K
📍 Location: Pasadena, TX
Full benefits, PTO, 401K + Commission

What You’ll Do:
• Convert inbound and event-generated leads into qualified sales opportunities
• Connect with prospects through phone, email & LinkedIn
• Schedule meetings for the sales team
• Manage and track leads through HubSpot CRM
• Follow up with event leads and maintain strong prospect engagement
• Partner with Marketing & Sales on target accounts and priorities
• Track pipeline activity and ensure opportunities don’t fall through the cracks

What They’re Looking For:
✔️ Strong communication & networking skills
✔️ Highly organized and detail-oriented
✔️ Results-driven, business development mindset
✔️ Comfortable communicating with multiple stakeholders
✔️ Proficient in Microsoft Office
✔️ CRM experience preferred, especially HubSpot

Requirements:
✔️ 10+ years of construction project estimating experience (environmental remediation, demolition, soil/earthwork)
✔️ Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Environmental Science or equivalent experience
✔️ Bonus: Operations or Project Management experience with strong estimating skills
✔️ Strong communication skills (written & verbal)
✔️ Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Teams) & Adobe Acrobat
✔️ Experience with MS Project, Primavera (P6), and/or AutoCAD is a plus
