BIC Recruiting’s client is seeking an experienced Electrical Engineer with strong technical expertise and team leadership experience!
Requirements:
🔹 Professional Engineer (PE) license required
🔹 Approximately 15–20 years of electrical engineering experience preferred
🔹 Background in power generation, EPC, utilities, or industrial power
🔹 Experience with electrical systems from approximately 480V through 115kV; 13.8kV experience highly desirable
🔹 Strong understanding of industrial power distribution and electrical infrastructure
🔹 Power-generation and/or data-center power infrastructure experience highly desirable
🔹 Previous experience leading, supervising, or mentoring engineering teams

💰 Compensation: $50K–$55K

What You’ll Do:
• Convert inbound and event-generated leads into qualified sales opportunities
• Connect with prospects through phone, email & LinkedIn
• Schedule meetings for the sales team
• Manage and track leads through HubSpot CRM
• Follow up with event leads and maintain strong prospect engagement
• Partner with Marketing & Sales on target accounts and priorities
• Track pipeline activity and ensure opportunities don’t fall through the cracks
