*** SERVICE UPDATE ***
Due to ongoing icy and slushy road conditions, which are expected to re-freeze overnight along with freezing fog, we’ve made the decision to postpone Tuesday’s route. With all the back roads we travel, we've decided it's not wise to risk it.
Tuesday service will be postponed until next week, and we will collect the overage at no charge. Please place it out in bags or personal cans next Tuesday.
We will continue monitoring road conditions and will provide an update tomorrow regarding the Wednesday route. Thank you for your patience and understanding.

*** SERVICE UPDATE ***
After examining the road conditions this morning, we have decided to cancel collection for today (Monday Route). The side roads look worse than they've been all week, and it's just not worth an injury or a wreck. We will push the Monday route off until next week, and collect the overage at no charge. Please place it out in bags or personal cans next Monday.
As long as we get a good melt this evening, we plan to continue collection for the rest of the week on a day - behind schedule. We appreciate your patience and understanding.

*** SERVICE UPDATE ***
We're still planning to collect tomorrow, but we're going to wait until noon to get started so the roads have a chance to clear up. Please bear with us as we get caught up. We'll update again if anything changes.

If you're unable to get your can out, or we're unable to get down your road safely, we'll collect the extra next week. There won't be any charge for the overflow.

Due to the hazardous road conditions, we have decided to push the trash collection schedule back by a day this week. Collection will be the day after your normal service day - Monday collection on Tuesday, Tuesday on Wednesday, etc.
