🇭🇳🇺🇸| Iron City FC SC started in Wilkinsburg — a group of immigrants and locals who found each other through football. No blueprint. No safety net. Just a belief that the game should be a place for anyone, no matter where they come from.

Brazilian street creativity. Rust Belt grit. A city that knows what it means to build something from nothing and make it last.

This fall they travel: Asheville, Atlanta, matches across the map with the road pointing toward United Premier Soccer League . From Wilkinsburg to Pittsburgh to Ghana, the vision was never one team. It's a pathway. A family. A place for the next person to develop and dream bigger.
Iron City FC is a Defender squad now. An identity that walks in before the players do.

The serious ones don't blend in. They build something that outlives the wins.

𝗧𝗵𝗶𝘀 𝗼𝗻𝗲 𝘄𝗮𝘀 𝘀𝗽𝗲𝗰𝗶𝗮𝗹.

The first FIFA World Cup with Defender Soccer . I didn't know exactly what it would feel like — but I knew it would mean something.

Watching the world come together over this game, the culture, the kits, the moments — and being in the epicenter of it all — was something I'll never forget. Personally and professionally, this tournament changed things for me.

This was just the beginning. Many more World Cups to come. 🌍⚽
